Shipping
All Maison Tee products are printed to order in the United States and shipped worldwide through our Etsy shop (based in Newport Beach, California). Because each item is made when you order it, please allow a few business days for production before dispatch.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout on Etsy and vary by destination.
- Delivery estimates are shown on each Etsy listing and in your order confirmation (typically around 1–2 weeks to US addresses).
- Tracking is added to your Etsy order once your parcel ships.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days.
- Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items: message us on Etsy within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Your choice.
- Size exchanges: message us first. If the tee is unworn and unwashed, we'll arrange an exchange; return postage is on you unless we made the error.
- Change of mind: because every item is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Choose carefully, and check the size chart on the listing.
